Thanks for shopping with HEAVY BLANK. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help. Please review our return, refund, and exchange guidelines below.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn other than for reasonable fit checking, unwashed, and otherwise unused
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned with the original packaging where applicable
• Include valid proof of purchase or the original order number

We reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet these eligibility requirements.

Intentional Wash, Distressing & Design Details

Some HEAVY BLANK products are intentionally washed, faded, distressed, frayed, raw-edged, or designed with holes or other worn-in details. These characteristics are part of the intended design and are not considered defects when they are shown or described on the applicable product page.

If your item arrives with damage or a condition that is materially different from the product description or images, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Items clearly marked as Final Sale on the product page before purchase are not eligible for return for change-of-mind reasons.

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only.

1. Request a Return: Contact us at info@heavyblank.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.
3. Follow the Return Instructions: If a physical return is required, we will provide the designated return address and return instructions.

Important: Please do not send an item back to the shipping address shown on the original package unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Please wait for return instructions before shipping any item.

Return Shipping & Fees

• For approved returns, if HEAVY BLANK requires the item to be physically returned, we will provide return instructions and cover the required return shipping cost.
• We do not charge a restocking fee.
• Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
• In some cases, we may resolve an approved return without requiring the original item to be physically returned. If so, we will confirm this with you by email.

Direct Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

If you need a different size or color, please contact us at info@heavyblank.com before returning the item. Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange the replacement directly and you do not need to place a new order.

Depending on the circumstances, we may ask you to return the original item. If a physical return is required as part of an approved exchange, HEAVY BLANK will provide return instructions and cover the required return shipping cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@heavyblank.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Once the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

If we require a damaged, defective, or incorrect item to be physically returned, HEAVY BLANK will provide return instructions and cover the required return shipping cost.

Please note that intentional wash effects, fading, distressing, fraying, raw edges, holes, and similar design details that are clearly shown or described on the applicable product page are not considered defects.

Refunds

• If a physical return is required, returned items are inspected within 7 business days after they are delivered to our designated return address.
• If we approve a refund without requiring a physical return, we will notify you by email once the refund has been approved.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow approximately 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
