Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Graphic tees & hoodies (unless defective or incorrect)
- Promotional items (free gifts, BOGO deals)
- Gift cards
The Return Process
- Request a Return: Contact us at info@heavyblank.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Get Approval: All returns must be approved by our team before sending.

Ship the Item Back:
- Do not send items to the original shipping address on the package.
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Fees
- For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 10% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
- Returns are inspected within 7 business days after delivery.
- You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
